Mehmet & Nihal both come from Muslim backgrounds. They were born and raised in traditional houses in Turkey. They met Jesus as teenagers at different times. They were married in 2003 and soon after went into full-time ministry. They have 3 children. They are Lead Pastors at New Covenant Church of Ephesus which is in the region of the ancient biblical city of Ephesus.
Mehmet & Nihal are responsible for teaching, equipping, Men’s & Women’s discipleship and Children’s Ministry.
Turkey has a population of 80 million people and at the most, 10,000 Evangelical born-again believers. But, God is bringing revival to this land again. Mehmet & Nihal are really excited about seeing lives transformed in a country that was home to the Gospel 2000 years ago.
