James Mathews leads in unlocking the creative potential of leaders, companies and communities so they can consistently innovate and grow. His most enduring contributions are seen in the widespread adoption of the human-centered design methodology and building culture codes that foster breakthrough thinking.
More recently, James has helped lead the creation of a groundbreaking Design Lab at The Indian School of Business with the objective of strengthening entrepreneurship and fostering innovation among the next generation in India.
James actively participates and leads influential global forums, including the World Economic Forum, Health 2.0, Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice & Human Rights, UC Berkeley, Yale University, Stanford University, Indian School of Business and Ashoka University.
